Who we are
Parsill LLC (“we”, “us”) provides AI Headshot Studio, an AI-generated professional headshot service. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What data we collect
- Account and usage data (e.g. job IDs, session information)
- Photos you upload to generate headshots
- Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Cookies and similar technologies, and server logs
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service (generating and delivering headshots), process payments, improve our product, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
Your photos are sent to Google’s Gemini API for AI processing. Google’s data handling terms apply. Payment data is processed by Stripe. Files are stored on Vercel’s infrastructure.

- Google (Gemini) — AI processing of your photos to generate headshots. Data is used in accordance with Google’s policies.
- Meta (Facebook) — We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and optimize our ads. This may collect information about your browsing activity, device type, and interactions with our site. You can opt out via Facebook Ad Settings. See Meta’s Data Policy.
Data retention
Unpaid jobs and associated photos are deleted after 7 days. Paid jobs are retained for 90 days. Failed jobs are deleted after 3 days. Logs and payment records may be kept longer for legal and operational purposes.
Self-serve deletion
You can delete your data at any time using the "Delete my data" button on your results page. This permanently removes all uploaded photos and generated headshots for that job.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. For requests beyond self-serve deletion, contact us at support@headshot-generators.com or via our contact page.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the service (e.g. session handling). We also use the Meta Pixel which may place cookies for advertising measurement and optimization. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
