Acceptance and eligibility

Parsill LLC (“we”, “us”) operates AI Headshot Studio. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of service

We provide AI-generated professional headshots based on photos you upload. You receive a one-time pack of generated images for download. The Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee any specific result or quality level.

Your obligations

You agree to:

• Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have consented to such use
• Use the Service and generated headshots in compliance with law
• Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service itself
• Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

Payment

Payment is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded your headshots. Contact us via our contact page with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions or that appear abusive.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to use those photos and related data solely to provide the Service. Subject to your payment and these Terms, you receive a license to use the generated headshots for personal or commercial use (e.g. LinkedIn, resume, website). We do not claim ownership of the generated images.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, intellectual property) will survive termination.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. We may notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and contact
